Hi. Just wanted to say thanks for adding my post. FYI – My business is located in Chatham and my kids go to Woods so I include Chatham “date nights” as often as I can. We were also slammed by ESBI, for several months, before we noticed it. Also check to see if you are being charged a re-curring fee for “international” calling plan..Embarq went back, and credited for all the months, and put a block on our account. The next month ESBI had slammed again..Mabey before block was put in place. We tried several different customer service numbers, but then I sent an e-mail to the CEO, and got a phone call from the Embarq executive customer service, and talked with Beverly. She took care of everything, and even went over my entire bill.
Call (800) 877-3345..option 3.
Anyone there should be able to “fix” the situation, and put a block on your phone.

You are totally right! I know you probably told me so in person, but I have been living in a fog of emotional pain lately. My voice has been rather cracked I am afraid, as in “when it’s time to change ,you’ve got to rearrange” (Brady Bunch classic).
I just started thinking about how to make some money by putting my thoughts out there for others to read. Had any experience with Google Adsense or other reputable sites?
Thanks for the hint. I should spend my time doing what I do well (and enjoy doing).
